Customer service is good – they answer at least and you can get to speak to someone. May not be able to help though.
The email seems to be unreachable sometimes – very frustrating, maybe they do software upgrades/maintenance in the middle of the night – which is the middle of my day!
Facilities and tools with Control Panel are good.”
